Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring bookings from patients
• Confirming and reminding doctors about appointments
• Ensuring doctors start appointments on time
• Helping patients with any issues related to joining and completing an appointment
• Quickly and efficiently reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to both the patient and doctor’s schedule
• Respond to patient inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, Crisp, etc.) in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs or concerns effectively
• Managing doctor’s schedules
• Generate and present monthly reports on appointment bookings, doctor schedules, patient feedback, and overall operational efficiency
• Innovating in the role to optimise the experience and ensure an efficient process for the patients and doctors
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment
• Experience using CRMs, appointment scheduling tools, and/or telemedicine platforms is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Certification in healthcare administration or medical office management is a plus
