Head of Sales
As the Head of Sales at DRO Health, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading sales initiatives to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and define the optimal sales approach.
Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team through effective coaching and performance management. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Drive revenue growth by actively engaging with key clients and closing strategic deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Ensure seamless sales operations by developing and implementing efficient processes, CRM systems, and sales dashboards. Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Provide market feedback to shape product offerings and enhance customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Experience and skills required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the healthcare or health tech industry. Prior experience in leading a sales team is essential.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of successfully managing a high-performing sales team. Ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, identify market trends, and drive revenue growth. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present complex information, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and navigate through ambiguity.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and innovative approach. Ability to identify and resolve customer pain points by tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders and exceptional networking abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and revise strategies accordingly. Resilience in the face of challenges and the ability to work well under pressure.
